Blind Ambition Coalition works to create a strong social network for the disabled community while also directing members to other organizations that can help advance the quality of their life. We accomplish this by organizing events and partnering with nonprofits, government agencies, corporations and community organizations that strive to help better the lives of the disabled community.

We currently serve approximately 50-100 members a year and are looking to expand our reach. We are working alongside individuals from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs as well as the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice to help strengthen and grow our organization. Additionally, we have several bilingual staff members and are expanding our services to include the disabled Hispanic community.

We provide group and community services for the visually impaired and physically disabled, including social events and networking.
